With respect to food, it is especially easy to reach the closest supermarket on foot from any home in New Toronto. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and residents are served by a few cafes as well.

No matter the medium of transportation, it is rather straightforward to travel in this part of the city. Thanks to a few nearby bus lines, the transit service in New Toronto is practical. New Toronto will also attract house buyers who appreciate living in a compact community because it is fairly suitable for getting around on foot; running common errands is easy without the need for a car. This part of the city is moderately appropriate for cycling.
